CVS Health in Danbury is open seven days a week to help manage health needs, offering prescription refills, COVID-19 or flu tests, vaccinations, personal care items, and more. Customers can join ExtraCare for personalized deals, shop weekly deals, or use free pickup and delivery. The store sometimes carries unique items not found elsewhere. Reviews indicate a consistently friendly and accommodating pharmacy team that handles high volume well, with staff described as kind, genuine, helpful, and patient, often going above and beyond. The pharmacy team works nonstop all day, and the drive-thru is noted as convenient. However, the pharmacy is described as operating like a factory, with pharmacists getting only a short lunch break, leading to long lines and unhappy customers. There is a sentiment that corporate should invest in more staff or better hours to service customers on their terms. The store itself can seem terribly short-staffed. While it features two self-checkout machines, there are reports of inventory issues, such as cold and flu products selling out and not being immediately restocked, and a lacking nasal spray selection, with another local CVS noted to have more inventory. Some customers express frustration with corporate policies rather than the staff, commending the workers for dealing with a stressful environment and occasional verbal harassment from customers. Overall, the location provides reliable value but faces challenges with staffing and inventory management.

Again, they had no Wi-Fi and everyone had to have cash because they could not do anything with cards. They need to get this permanently fixed and find out why it is happening. It affects a lot of people when they can’t get there medicines also.
