“I promised Kaylyn I would write this, and this review is prior to me receiving the furniture I ordered, because I expect it is not going to be an issue. I stop in this store now and then to see what they have. Someone always says hi from the desk, or gets up to greet you. The store is always very clean and organized. If you tell them you are just looking around they won't bother you until you ask for help. I found a 3 piece sectional and ottoman I really liked. Kaylyn showed it to me, and then told me what they could do on the price and delivery. I went home to talk to my Spouse, and we decided to take one more look at things online. When searching online we found the exact same set and it was a little better priced than what Ideal was offering. I sent over a couple pictures, and very quickly they responded, letting me know what the best they could do was. When it was all said and done, I did pay a little more to buy it from Ideal Furniture, but that is because I liked the idea of dealing with a local store, and Kaylyn was great! She also has spent a lot of time searching for other items I am looking for, so I am sure I will continue to buy from them in the future. Once I get my order I will update this review, but I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to help with what your looking for.”
“I thought my Audio/Video Receiver was toast. I called Sound Incredible Mobile in Brookfield who highly recommended Carston Stereo. I thought for sure I would be told that my old receiver was not worth repairing and to get a new one. Instead Adam told me that it was likely a settings issue and offered to stop by to look at the receiver. He came by my house and fixed my receiver, it works great now. He was very professional, knowledgable and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Carston.”

“7-Eleven is very expensive. And you must watch the prices. Because nothing is priced correctly on the shelves. And whenever they have specials they never apply them at the register. You have to watch that register like a hawk as they are ringing stuff up. It's soda is two bottles for $5 you have to carefully make sure that that's what they charge you.”

“The chef at the food court station was the best. He told the guys in front of me not to have something cause it was too old and suggested something else. Then for me he asked if I wanted certain spicy add-ons but would have been cool if I said no. The was was he asked if a had I tried a milk cinnamon based drink. Gave me a sample then said it was only a dollar. Just a chill dude that made that 7-11 experience enjoyable!”
“I was sent and invitation to demo the new Apple Vision Pro and scheduled an appointment. The store opened just a couple of minutes late, but there were several assistants ready to help. I showed my invite and was given a spot to wait. After meeting Ian, he helped with getting the device ready for me. I wear glasses and am older, so it was more complicated but soon I was on top of a volcano with a 360 degree view, then inside a sinking submarine, Soon after I watching unbelievable 3d home movies. Ian was so patient. and was more that happy to answer all of my questions knowing that I had no intention of buying the $4,000 headset (unless I inherit a lot of money very soon.) Still, it's a truly remarkable device and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks!”
