Great experience at this Old Navy. The worker Kentetta (Ken) was extremely helpful and patient. I did an exchange and online order which takes time but she was calm, kind, and was not rushing us. Tried to fill out the feedback survey but I don't have all the information for it but still wanted to give Ken a shoutout!
