“Hot Topic is one of those stores that has managed to stay interesting and relevant for years, and I always enjoy stopping in to see what they have. The second you walk inside, there is something grabbing your attention. From band shirts and graphic tees to anime, horror, Disney, collectibles, jewelry, accessories, and Funko Pops, there is a little bit of everything packed into this store. What I really like about Hot Topic is that it has its own personality. It doesn’t feel like another generic clothing store in the mall. You can walk in looking for one thing and easily spend twenty minutes checking out merchandise you didn’t even know existed. There are items for so many different fandoms and styles that almost everyone can find something they recognize. The store was organized considering how much merchandise they have packed into the space, and browsing around was part of the fun. Some items can definitely be a little pricey, but they also run promotions and sales that can make things much more reasonable. Overall, Hot Topic continues to be a fun stop whenever I’m at the mall. Even if I don’t buy anything, I still enjoy seeing what new merchandise has arrived. Unique selection, tons of personality, and always something interesting to discover.”

“I visited today and had a lovely experience. I wish I had caught their names but two members of staff who assisted me were so helpful and good. I visited Victoria Secret first and it was no good, service was very lukewarm (cold to be honest) and had a member of staff even open a drawer into my ankle because she couldn't wait for me to finish looking first. Decided they didn't want my business, so so glad I stepped into this Soma instead. I was in desperate need of a remeasure and some new bras, and they had a lovely very elegant and classy selection. Absolutely love going into the Banana Republic store inside Danbury Fair Mall because I can try things on, see all options and with any luck find a wonderful clearance sale or two on a weekly basis. One thing has definitely change, bring back the REALLY GOOD CLEARANCE SALES PLEASE. Staff has changed a lot over the years, used to know all associates by name & they knew mine as well. I do miss the kind and friendly staff they had there prior to Covid. Perhaps with this post you have received some positive feedback from someone who knows and purchases your products weekly. “The woman with the long hair in the Baby Gap section was incredibly helpful and is fantastic with kids! My 7 month old was starting to get tired and cranky, but this sales associate brought a smile to his face and made him laugh. We needed a dressier outfit for him and she showed us the options they had in store in his size. My son is tall, so we were looking for something in size 12-18. Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The only thing that could be improved would be more sizes in stock.”

“This location is incredibly well kept and has the friendliest staff ever. They helped me as I circle through ourfits, found didfent sizes and gave fashion insight as asked. They are not at all pushy, and if you prefer to shop by yourself they will happily step back. HOWEVER, that said they should get a customer service award for the effort they put into their work. Truly great people.”

“My kids love shopping here and I dreaded visiting because the workers were always hit or miss, and the dressing room was rarely open. We recently visited and there was immediate relief. We were welcomed, and the worker there told us about the sale they were having. Overall, a much better experience! I don't even leave reviews... but I wanted to share how nice the guy was and we appreciated him. I hope the company takes good care of him.”

Everyone who worked there was genuinely kind and super helpful. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Anytime we asked for something, they found it right away. They also helped size my daughter for a bra and made her feel totally comfortable, which meant a lot. Overall, it was a really nice visit and definitely worth the trip.”

“Back in July, I came to Windsor after 10 years and I loved my experience here. All of the girls I experienced were sooo friendly. I literally came in the last 10 mins of closing and I felt so bad so I just knew I will buy something. But the girls answered all my questions and they were so friendly here!! I won’t ever forget it. I was having so much fun trying on the new clothes and everyone there at that night shift was so helpful and encouraging me to try on different clothes that were my size. I wish I lived closer to this store or I would be here everyday!! I went to a Windsor closer to me and it just wasn’t the same experience :/”
