“I had an absolutely excellent experience at Jos. A. Bank in Danbury, CT, and a huge part of that was because of Paula, the Assistant Manager.

Paula was, without a doubt, the best help I could have asked for when it came to finding my suit. Even though I’m a female shopping for a suit, Paula didn’t hesitate for a second or make me feel out of place. She immediately made me feel comfortable and treated me just like any other customer. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything looked right.

Her expert advice on what colors, ties, pocket squares, and accessories coordinated with my suit was exactly what I needed. She has a great eye for putting an entire look together, and I trusted her recommendations completely. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything.

What really stood out to me was how much attention she put into the little details. Before I even left the store, Paula made sure my suit was pressed and looking its absolute best. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with everything.

You can tell that Paula truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made what could have been a stressful experience of finding the right suit actually enjoyable.

“Hot Topic is one of those stores that has managed to stay interesting and relevant for years, and I always enjoy stopping in to see what they have. The second you walk inside, there is something grabbing your attention. From band shirts and graphic tees to anime, horror, Disney, collectibles, jewelry, accessories, and Funko Pops, there is a little bit of everything packed into this store.

What I really like about Hot Topic is that it has its own personality. It doesn’t feel like another generic clothing store in the mall. You can walk in looking for one thing and easily spend twenty minutes checking out merchandise you didn’t even know existed. There are items for so many different fandoms and styles that almost everyone can find something they recognize.

The store was organized considering how much merchandise they have packed into the space, and browsing around was part of the fun. Some items can definitely be a little pricey, but they also run promotions and sales that can make things much more reasonable.

Overall, Hot Topic continues to be a fun stop whenever I’m at the mall. Even if I don’t buy anything, I still enjoy seeing what new merchandise has arrived. Unique selection, tons of personality, and always something interesting to discover.”

“I've been a Banana Republic shopper for over 30 years and counting. Absolutely love going into the Banana Republic store inside Danbury Fair Mall because I can try things on, see all options and with any luck find a wonderful clearance sale or two on a weekly basis. One thing has definitely change, bring back the REALLY GOOD CLEARANCE SALES PLEASE. Staff has changed a lot over the years, used to know all associates by name & they knew mine as well. I do miss the kind and friendly staff they had there prior to Covid. Perhaps with this post you have received some positive feedback from someone who knows and purchases your products weekly. “The woman with the long hair in the Baby Gap section was incredibly helpful and is fantastic with kids! My 7 month old was starting to get tired and cranky, but this sales associate brought a smile to his face and made him laugh. We needed a dressier outfit for him and she showed us the options they had in store in his size. My son is tall, so we were looking for something in size 12-18. Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The only thing that could be improved would be more sizes in stock.”

“Such a great experience today finding the right size pants. I was feeling discouraged because I couldn’t find the right size in two stores I already been in. She was quick to help and bring me her suggestions. She made me so comfortable and I left a happy customer. She also went above and beyond and entertained my children. We recently visited and there was immediate relief. We were welcomed, and the worker there told us about the sale they were having. Overall, a much better experience!
