“I would like to give a huge compliment to the staff at Route 6 Mail Room. I made a visit today because I needed to mail some important documents to an office in New York City, along with a self-addressed prepaid envelope. Since I had never sent a self-addressed prepaid envelope before, I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about the process and I needed some guidance.

From the moment I explained what I needed, the staff were incredibly patient and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully and made sure they fully understood my needs before walking me through each step. They explained everything clearly and ensured that all the details were handled correctly, which gave me a lot of confidence that my documents would reach their destination without any issues.

What really stood out was how friendly, professional, and helpful everyone was throughout the entire interaction. They turned what could have been a confusing/stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one.

Overall, I am very grateful for the excellent service I received. I will definitely be returning to Route 6 Mail Room for any future mailing needs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service.”

“My mother was visiting me from Michigan and had her prescription medication forwarded to my home in Danbury. Unfortunately, the package was returned because she does not permanently live at my address. We came to the post office three days in a row trying to find out what had happened, but no one was able to locate the package or explain where it had gone. My mother was extremely worried because she could not get a replacement, and her insurance would not cover another refill.

Then we met Ritu, and everything changed. She took the time to listen, thoroughly researched the issue, and refused to give up until she found my mother’s medication.
