“The people there are friendly and professional and there are some free supplies available. Sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes to be able to get whatever it is you need to do done. Some of the FedEx pickup points like Walgreens and CVS have told me that there is no FedEx pickup point there. They don't know anything about it. I know that's wrong.”

“Staples works out fine when I am traveling but not at home. Plus the prices for copying are very experience. Where I live in Zephyrhills, the Staples that was here. closed several years ago. The next closest one in Lakeland also closed several years ago. The next closest one is in Plant City, one half an hour to an hour to get there, not very convienent. This is why I only go into a Staples when I am traveling. I sure wise that Staples would open a new store in Zephyrhills, it sure would better.”

“Well contrary what the other reviews said, I always had a great experience at the main St post office in Danbury ct, he always tries to help, once he did not shipped my return package because he thought was too expensive for me to pay, instead he asked me to call the merchandise costume service and ask for a return shipment label. I think that was very nice! He could had just charged me and moved on, but he didn’t. I guess maybe we just need to start the conversation with a “Hi, how are you today?” .5 stars!”

“I recently visited this FedEx Ship Center in Danbury to ship a box of shoes within the US, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sometimes dropping off packages can be a hassle, but this location made the entire process incredibly smooth and simple. The customer service was outstanding. The staff member who helped me was kind enough to securely tape up my box so it was completely ready for transit. They quickly scanned my return label, processed everything in just a moment, and handed me a confirmation slip for my tracking peace of mind. The facility was clean, and I was in and out in no time without any long lines or delays. Having a reliable, helpful, and efficient shipping center right here in town is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this location if you want a hassle-free experience, and I will definitely be returning for any future shipping needs!”

“My mother was visiting me from Michigan and had her prescription medication forwarded to my home in Danbury. Unfortunately, the package was returned because she does not permanently live at my address. We came to the post office three days in a row trying to find out what had happened, but no one was able to locate the package or explain where it had gone. My mother was extremely worried because she could not get a replacement, and her insurance would not cover another refill. Then we met Ritu, and everything changed. She took the time to listen, thoroughly researched the issue, and refused to give up until she found my mother’s medication. Her determination, knowledge, and genuine compassion turned an incredibly stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. My mother was so thankful that she wanted to give Ritu money to show her appreciation, but Ritu kindly refused and simply said she was happy she was able to find the medication. Employees like Ritu are rare. She went far beyond what anyone expected, treating us with kindness, respect, and extraordinary dedication. Her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping others reflect the very best of the USPS. We will never forget her compassion and outstanding service. She truly deserves the highest recognition for going above and beyond. She We need more people like her in this world.
