“I'm not really sure where to start, but Joel gave me the best car shopping experience of my life! First of all, his product knowledge is impressive. He answered EVERY question I had about the cars and his answers were detailed too. Joel isn't just a car salesman, he is a product expert and put me into a great Subaru Outback.

“Updated: I came back to Lobalbo for a non insurance issue with my car and once again it was a great experience! They ordered my parts on Monday and the parts were there and ready to be installed next day! I only had to wait 30 minutes which they let me know of in advance! The mechanic fixed my window motor and turned off my check engine light without me having to ask, which was a huge help. This place is great and I will definitely keep using them! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to up charge you which I love

“Great service. It is quite rare to find professionals that really care about what they do. These guys worked with my insurance repair and did a fantastic job on my Mazda 3 with metallic grey color. Also, my father needed a repair in his vehicle with specific perl paint color, and were trying to avoid it due to difficulty matching the paint. These guys took care of it flawlessly. “When someone hit the passenger side of my Subaru in a parking lot, leaving no note, the door would no longer open. Subaru service suggested Marty's Autobody, telling me they would give me a free estimate. Roger, from Marty's, saw the damage, got his tools, carefully did his magic straightening things out, and then got paint so all the scratches were covered, while it was clearly a busy morning at Marty's. Roger wouldn't take a dime for his service, when I know other body shops would have made this an insurance event. The whole team at Marty's was honest, kind and helpful, as the lot was full (likely due to their excellent service and knowledge) and the guys even turned my car around for me, making it easy for me. “Dinged and dented my bmw 440i pretty good on a stone wall on someone's steep iced over driveway...I called the shop and he told me he would take a look and give me a quote on the damage.
Took 2 minutes and he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Told me to drop it off during the week on a tuesday which I did. The car came back looking like nothing ever happened and he matched the paint very well I cant even tell. If anything comes up in the future, I will definitely go to him for body work, thanks Nick.”

“Hi I recently moved from White Plains New York to Stamford Connecticut. I am so happy I found Universal auto Sale and repair Miguel is amazing and always works with me I have three cars and he worked on all three I have a BMW and Mercedes and the Chrysler Pacifica and I will recommend this place to everybody. I recently took my car to MIDAS and I was told that I need a starter a battery a serpentine belt and the engine mouth. Gave me a ridiculous price of almost $3000. I want to Universal auto sales and repairs Carmelo diagnosed the car called me and told me that all I needed was my starter and the motor mounts and he recommends a tuneup. Never will I ever go to any other place I strongly recommend save some money and go to Universal auto sales and repair and ask for Carmelo!!”
