I watched this dude patiently, politely and pleasantly handle like 12 customers while dealing with some crazy BS that I brought him to upgrade my grandfathered plan and add my lady's number as another line. Our situation took over an hour, totally our fault as we came in with incomplete information and had to figure some stuff out on the fly. Never did the smile leave this dudes face and not only did he do what we asked, he also hooked us up with some awesome promos we didn't know about and got our phones upgraded. We came here because we had a lame experience at the Norwalk store with a new employee who didn't fully understand what he was doing, but in my 10+ years with T-Mobile that was my first unpleasant experience. Almost everyone is like Dyshawn, top tier customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I am extremely happy and even though it's a bit further from my house I will be coming to this location for as long as I live here. TMobile 4evah!”

“Went in bc my phone wasn't working properly and wanted to know my options. The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me find the best option. Every technical road bump they smoothed over easily. I was helped by Tati, who, while porting my old phone to my new one, made that boring process very enjoyable.
