“I ordered a pair of sneakers that were not in the store. Almost a week later they say that the shipping label has been created, but not picked up by UPS. It seems like they are selling goods that they don't have in stock. I can't cancel since they created a label. Yet no answer in why the shoes have not been picked up. They were purchased under the assumption that I would have them by the weekend. The sneakers arrived late, but Kohl's reached out promptly and I was pleased by their response. As a result I am changing my review from a 1 to 4”

“I like the store and we found some decent things but they are constantly lacking on their clothes and what not they do not keep up with their stock for any age group and for men's shoes they've had three different things that you could wear from boots to sneakers you're a three options. And then you have two pairs of shiny cheap-looking dress shoes (black or grey) and then the other three isles both sides are for girls. Also they are way more limited on most of their men's items but the females items seem like they had a decent amount but there was a lot of empty spots on shelves and we've been there in the morning afternoon and right before they close and it's always the same. So they do not keep up on their stocking.”

“Go-to spot for childrens gifts, makeup and seasonal items. They have recently started carrying a lot more cruelty-free makeup and toiletries, and I really appreciate that fact! If you are shopping here you should use the app to download coupons, and if you open a store credit card you get 5% off most purchases. If you need Starbucks you are in luck, in-store location!!!”
