At the customer service desk, I had LOTS of questions prior to renewing and decided to upgrade my membership based upon the patience and expertise of the staff person Rachael. It seems that many businesses in this post-pandemic era are often understaffed and seem content just to have bodies. It was refreshing to see BJ's operate at a level that still provides quality customer service - staff like Rachael G. represent your business quite well!”

“I had a great experience when I went to pick up my order. Lori or Lory I'm not sure how she spells her name. But she always so quick. Took my bag to get the products and came back reallyy quick and had everything ready for me to go without any hesitation. She saw I was waiting for a little bit. I totally understand you guys were super busy when I went in. I love coming here. And the girl at the door with the long brown hair. She's tall. She was super nice as well when I was leaving. She looked in my bags to make sure all the stuff was on the receipt 🧾. Totally understandable with people stealing merchandise these days. I live in shelton and Always come to the derby store even though the closest one to me is Stratford. I've only ever gone to derby. And I love love love the new bjs reusable bags. Holy huge!! Great idea making them the size they are. Fits everything perfectly.”
