She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. She taught me so much that day. I decided to take a class and I have been taking classes ever since. Jamie is not just an owner of a brick and mortar shop for IOD’s and other products. “I came in this morning to pick up an online order. There was a problem with the order. I naturally was upset and frustrated, however the manager (Hazel think I heard someone call her) calmed me down and was extremely helpful and handled the situation. Put a smile on my face and saved Christmas for my son. The best costumer service .. matter of fact the only good customer service I’ve received since the pandemic.
