“When it came time to finally makeover our dated living room, I could not part with 2 side chairs so we made decision to have them upholstered. I sent pics to Oak and Velvet and they responded quickly and with a very reasonable fee. Then came time to pick out the fabric...what I thought would be an easy decision became an hour plus adventure with the designer. There were tons of fabric books to choose from and the designer offered many beautiful ideas (and was so very patient with me!). We also had a custom ottoman and pillows made to go with the chairs and they came out absolutely perfect! I had missed an email that the ottoman was ready for pick up and Erica was gracious to wait for me to come late to pick it up right before the holidays. Since the service and workmanship were an exceptional experience, we are now going to have them custom make an ottoman/coffee table. They also have a great selection of custom pillows that are better in quality and price than anything you would get at Homegoods or Marshalls.
