“Wonderful furniture, wonderful company. We've had our Baldwin furniture for 20 years. They recently refinished for us and couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Definite 5 stars.”

“We came back again to La-Z-boy for a new recliner. We were not disappointed. at the large number of choices available.
Once again our saleslady was not pushy, but helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Very pleased with our choice.”

“Great experience! The gentleman, I think his name was Chris, I spoke with was very pleasant, professional, and helpful! He assisted me in purchasing a chest of drawers for my son. The prices were reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone needing furniture! Thank you for all your help!”
“Anthony was great and super accommodating. I ended up using the Acima for checkout and he was able to help me troubleshoot the issue in the backend. Super easy, very hassle free. Him and the manager even let my charge my dying phone.
Thank you!”

“Went to the rocky hill store. Sienna Jahn was the best representative from your company that I've ever dealt with. She was happy to test my water , and spent time with me explaining results . She helped me get what I needed also explained how to apply the chemicals.”
“Came here a few times to buy pool stuff, excellent service helped me pick out a pool cue. Wide variety of cues and accessories. Definitely recommend going here to shop for billiards.”
“When we bought our new condo, my husband and I wanted to have a custom sofa crafted to fit our living space and our lifestyle and to co-ordinate with other furniture we already had from our previous home. I called the Newington Bassett store and got Lisa Ruglio. I discussed our ideas with her over the phone and she was very helpful and assured me Bassett could do the job. We met with Lisa in the Newington show room where she showed us all the different collections and options, including hundreds of fabric samples. She patiently answered every question. She studied the photos we brought of our existing carpet, furnishings and wall color and the room measurements and made great suggestions on what options would give us the seating and the look we wanted. With Lisa's guidance, we crafted a beautiful u-shaped sectional sofa with a chaise on both the right and left sides and two comfy seats in the middle. We also ordered a matching ottoman. Lisa made wonderful suggestions, including ordering rolled arms and piping to add the bit of old-world formality my husband wanted while still offering casual comfort. While the custom-crafted sofa was being built, I stayed in touch with Lisa from time to time by text. When our furniture arrived in Connecticut six weeks later, Lisa made sure it was delivered promptly and expertly to our condo. The technicians were on time and fanstastic and so respectful of our home. Furniture is a major purchase. Go to a pro like Lisa and a quality firm like Bassett if you want it done right! Lisa is nice, too!”
“I was looking all over for kitchen stools, then, I happened to have lunch next door. All I can say is, wow. The selection, quality, and service is amazing. So many options to choose from, high quality, and arrived much earlier than expected. I couldn’t be happier with the stools. Best investment.”
“Nice place, lovely people work there, but one man that works there is going to cause them money because he's not a very nice person. He doesn't speak kindly of any of the things that sell there. To him it's garbage.”
“What an absolute gem. Was searching for weeks for an affordable couch that didn't look like trash. Found it immediately here.. I will be back to check for light fixtures and bathroom vanities”
“This store is a hidden gem in Wethersfield! It’s cute, cozy, and colorful! If you are looking for one-of-a-kind and vintage finds, this is the place for you. I purchased hand painted magnets for my girlfriends!”
“We were quite pleased with the deck furniture that we got here so decided to give them a shot at our new fireplace screen. We found one that we liked and Kurt told us that exact measurements were essential in getting this right. He asked if he could come out this very afternoon to do that. We were pleased. Little did we know that he would have to remove our current screen to do it properly! That being done he put it all back together so we might use it until the new screen arrived. We learned that it would be custom made to our specifications and would take a month. The new screen arrived, Kurt showed up once again and spent another hour taking out the old screen and installing the new one. He even mixed a soap and water solution to clean the brick which was soiled by our old screen! We are now pleased with both our patio furniture as well as our brand new custom made fireplace screen.5 stars indeed!!”

“I was very impressed with the guidance on purchasing, through the attention of delivery. Omar was very upfront and honest about all aspects of my purchase. I would absolutely purchase there again. I purchased 2 couches and entire bedroom (Q bed, 2 nightstands and dresser)”
“We couldn’t have had a better experience at the Bedroom Connection. Mark truly went above and beyond to get us a last minute bunk bed to surprise our 5 year for his birthday. It is hard to find such wonderful customer service these days and we were so thankful! Also, the quality of the furniture was top notch!”
“What a fabulous experience with Blaine he is so kind and helpful explaining my new device showed me a lot of great features and set it up exactly the way that!I love coming here because of him!”

“Such a great store! They have a great variety of everything and very organized. Anthony the store manager was so kind and helped me with what I needed. Definitely going back even though it’s not the closest to me.”
“Great store, love my shopping experiences for the most part. Had a helpful interaction with staff in the dressing room.
Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”
“I had a very good experience at Aaron's.Come in and pay your bill for what you purchased in a timely manner and everything is cool, nice merchandise and people that say hello as soon as you walk in.”
“I had come here a few times last week to get a few things since I was in the area and had a great experience both times I had went. I was able to find everything I needed and even a few things I didn’t need too including a cure UConn sweatshirt lol. The store as a whole was very nice and clean and had a great selection of things too.”
