I'm good with all the bank services except for the 37 dollar fee for an overdraft if you don't have the protection and there are good reasons not to have it..other than that..the people alone are worth it! In a world where customer service is severely lacking they make up for it!!”
“Akan helped me out. I was in at 9am and was taken care of by 904am. He really listened to my concerns and helped me out quickly. Appreciate that because I had to be somewhere right after. I've never really had an issue with this bank location. The staff are professional and friendly and seem to want to resolve your issues. I also didn't realize we can make appts online, so I really appreciate that they've always helped me as a walk in. They should advertise making appts online though on their door or something so people are aware. Also some of the atms don't work quite often which is an inconvenience. So going forward, I would like to see the equipment/tools working more times than not”
