“This is a great bank and I've been a customer there for about 25 years. Beautiful large enclosed atm and nice drive thru atm and drive thru bank. The hours are great they recently increased the hours so it's very convenient for me. My dog loves the drive thru because she always gets a bone and there's lollipops for the kids too. I don't go inside too often but when I do everyone is friendly to me and the line is never more than one or two. Once in a while I get a free notarization. They do have an investment specialist there but I haven't needed that. Interest rates are low everywhere so it's not worth talking about. I do have a free checking account so that's nice. I've never had a problem with them there so I can say you should give them a try. Large parking lot in back and right in the center of Windsor. Oh yeah, they always have free coffee inside. Now if only rates would go back up I'd be a happy camper. I remember in the 80's you could get cd's yielding 12% maybe higher! Now it's a joke.”

“I'll give them 5 stars because they are truly amazing. A human always picks up and they are usually nice. Today however I spoke to Angie Rodriguez and her behavior was disgusting. She cashed a check prior to the date it should have been and was beyond rude. Prioritizing one customer over another. I've never beem spoken to so rude. She never once apologized and tried to just hang up. She was literally laughing on the other end of the phone as if this is a laughing matterDisgusting”
