“When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

“Above and beyond service! My check engine light came on before work this morning, they were able to fit me in today AND drove me to work! Got everything fixed up, good communication, and I picked my car up after work. They even filled the air in my tires (not part of the original issue). Super happy and will be using them again for future issues as needed.”

They performed all the work I had ask for and also Checked over everything else. The bill was very reasonable for the work performed and recommendations i was given. “I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. Nice touch!

“The owner went above and beyond to help me out after my car got a flat and I was hours from home. He could have just left my car at the AAA garage, who didn’t have the tires I needed and could not help until days later, but instead he helped me out and drove me to a garage that could put new tires on same day. Beyond grateful I’m not stuck crying in a parking lot ??”
“These Guys are Great my 2012 Jeep was leaking water and had a broken belt I dropped off car Wednesday am was given an estimate later that am and car was ready to go before 3;00.Fixed right the first time and has been running great I drive alot and have owned many vehicles this was the most positive experience of customer service in a vehicle repair establishment I have ever seen.I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car service,Service: Engine repair”

“Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.”

“These guys are off the charts gold star for the absolute best in the business! My 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee hybrid has been dead as a door nail on the roof of the parking garage at Bradley airport. It took us 24 hours plus and seven tow companies before they were able to help us. Plus 2 Jeep dealerships provided no help. They were  amazing!
