“The employee that I spoke with was super nice and told me that they would not come out until I tried to drive the vehicle again which at that time was 3 hours. When my fiance tried to drive it it was able to move. The employee that answered said that it could have been a frozen caliper. I'm not sure of anything that's mechanical, I'm not good at that area, but anyways the point is he was super nice and decided to tell me what could be wrong. So, instead of pulling one over on me and just towing me, the employee suggested that we try to drive the car one more time. At that point it had been 3 hours and lo and behold it worked. I appreciate that so much and I would recommend this company to anyone.”
“I recently bought a bike and had a few things that needed to be done. I reached out to them and they took the bike in that day. They were very professional and friendly the entire staff. They performed all the work I had ask for and also Checked over everything else. The bill was very reasonable for the work performed and recommendations i was given. “I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. Nice touch!
