“The employee that I spoke with was super nice and told me that they would not come out until I tried to drive the vehicle again which at that time was 3 hours. When my fiance tried to drive it it was able to move. The employee that answered said that it could have been a frozen caliper. I'm not sure of anything that's mechanical, I'm not good at that area, but anyways the point is he was super nice and decided to tell me what could be wrong. So, instead of pulling one over on me and just towing me, the employee suggested that we try to drive the car one more time. At that point it had been 3 hours and lo and behold it worked. I appreciate that so much and I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Got a flat in suffield today and call AAA. Driver was there within 20 minutes, super friendly. I didn't catch her name ( so sorry!) but super nice, tiny spanish girl who KNEW HER STUFF! She loaded my Chevy Colorado onto the flatbed and drove it to Firestone Enfield. Dropped it off like a Pro, she made a bad day bearable!! Thanks so much!!!”

“I am a 75 year old business man, bar, restaurant, nightclub owner, veteran cynic. Used STA to do a pre-purchase inspection for an out of state auto purchase. I expected to be taken advantage of by an opportunist with a bad attitude. Never have I been treated better by ANY business, let alone one that had me over a barrel. I hope these people succeed beyond their wildest dreams!”

“I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. Nice touch! The customer service is fantastic. Thank you to both Senior Advisor Scott Stanchfield and Technician Jake Rowley.”

“These guys are off the charts gold star for the absolute best in the business! My 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee hybrid has been dead as a door nail on the roof of the parking garage at Bradley airport. It took us 24 hours plus and seven tow companies before they were able to help us. Plus 2 Jeep dealerships provided no help. They were amazing! If you ever need a tow doesn’t matter how challenging these are your guys ! Thanks, Jeff❤‼”
