“I have been a customer of M&T Bank for at least 15 years. I just recently moved to this area. This is a new branch for me. I had a possible identity theft issue. I had to go into the Bank to resolve it. The Vice President and Branch Manager Ms.Ariel Garcia, listened to my situation and all my concerns, gave me great advice, and suggested I close my old accounts and open new ones. She could not have offered better customer service. Helping me resolve this issue in a timely manner and taking care of everything to open my new checking and savings accounts and managing all issues related to M&T Corporate . She made me feel confident this matter was resolved, and my finances were once again secure. She gave me a complete package and welcomed me to her branch of M&T as a new customer. “I had a somewhat unusual request. My elderly mother is in a nursing home and her application to DSS for Medicaid was still being held up for well over a year. She only had $45 in her Santander Checking Account and $20 in her Savings Account. DSS requested full statements going back 5 years which I could not get online. Every step in this long process has been thwarted with quick, unapologetic refusals to help. That means a, until I called Santander Bank and they transferred me to Lisa in their Glastonbury Branch. Lisa took the time to actually listen to my issue and assured me that she would do her best to help. She asked me to come to her office at the end of the day. I actually felt a glimmer of hope which I haven’t felt during this whole process so far. I went in at the end of the day, and Lisa presented me with the stack of paperwork that DSS had requested. I cannot express how grateful I am to Lisa and Santander Bank. Thank You!”

“A few years ago I was going through a rough patch in my life and I was at the end of my rope, nothing was going right for me and my car ran out of gas during the morning and I pulled into the Keybank in hebron with a dead car feeling mentally drained. One of the bankers that was going in saw how drained I was and how much my life was torn up just by how mentally worn I was. The banker was a guy in a BMW and he had glasses I wish I caught his name because he gave me $20 and told me not to worry about it. I dont use this bank as my primary banking but if I were to choose a bank this would be the one to go to.”

“I love Liberty Bank. Not only do I have my personal accounts with them, but also most of the business accounts we manage are with Liberty. They are very friendly, accommodating, and social, but also focused on getting you in and out as quickly as you need. “It looks like most people have written reviews to complain after they had a single bad situation\experience that they did not like. I have banked with the branch for 5 years and have always had good customer service. I took our a mortgage couple of years ago and refinanced this year, every experience has been positive. They recently notarized some my documents for free which is a nice convenience, and the ATM always works. I have been a BOFA customer for 15 years and cant say i have had a particular bad experience at any point. Hopefully i dint jinx myself. ;-)”
