“Not sure what's going on with those reviews from 6 years ago but I have never had issues with standard banking transactions or customer service. I opened my account over 15 years ago when it was CT Bank & Trust, which was taken over by People's Bank, then by Berkshire Bank, and now last year by Beacon Bank. I never had any issues with any of the transitions and my first set of checks still worked throughout. It didn't support Zelle for a bit but eventually did. Granted I've never used them for any complicated transactions. When I took out a car loan I used Cencap Credit Union, which I highly recommend, as they benefit the local community”

“I am very impressed with the service I received at this bank. I needed to conduct a somewhat complex transaction under a time crunch. Geraldine was very knowledgeable about the process and helped me complete it in time. She squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and managed to keep me moving as well as help customers waiting in line. The staff at the bank were busy handling a gamut of requests from a steady queue both inside the bank and at the drive up window. Everyone was treated professionally, kindly and with a bit of humor. “A few years ago I was going through a rough patch in my life and I was at the end of my rope, nothing was going right for me and my car ran out of gas during the morning and I pulled into the Keybank in hebron with a dead car feeling mentally drained. One of the bankers that was going in saw how drained I was and how much my life was torn up just by how mentally worn I was. The banker was a guy in a BMW and he had glasses I wish I caught his name because he gave me $20 and told me not to worry about it. I dont use this bank as my primary banking but if I were to choose a bank this would be the one to go to.”
