I had a virtual appointment today with Lauren n for first time ever someone listen to me and tried to figure out the best way to fix my problem. “I was having a serious issue with the hot water coming out of a 5 month old water heater. The company that installed it was stumped and suggested I get the water tested. I brought a cold and hot water same to Envirotech. Maryellen DiLuzio took one look at the hot water sample and said I probably had an issue with a magnesium anode rod in the tank. Testing the water proved her right and convinced the plumbing company to install a new water heater at no charge, with a high tech electronic anode device. Mystery solved and problem is gone.I can't thank Maryellen enough. Getting the water tested (Fast! Got the result in 3 days), and getting access Maryellen's expert knowledge was money well spent.I'll probably get the water tested again in a couple of months just to make sure the new tank is running clean.”

“Had to get a hair follicle test for a custody court matter and ended up choosing this place due to the few others in existence having some really negative reviews. This one only had one review, which is why I’m adding one to help out anyone like me who’s never had a drug test before and has no idea what you’re doing. This place was easy to find, very clean, and the woman who runs it and does the test is very nice and knowledgeable. The process was comfortable, and I got the results in less than a week. Would recommend.”

“The process seems to have changed and it's a good thing. Be informed of what you are expected to do.If you have an appointment already, before the appointment you will receive a text message on the phone that asks you to click on a link to check in online.Click that link and arrive 5 mins before the appointment. This helps tremendously. No wait. You'll be called in at the exact time of your appointment.If you decide to check in physically at the location, do so by scanning the QR code (print/email) and arrive at least 10 mins before your appointment so that you're checked in on time for the appointment.If you come late, they will take you people who came in time for their appointments. That means you wait until the time slot you're assigned at arrival.It doesn't help that there's no one at front desk. You'll feel lost if you're not sure what to do here. Hope this helps someone”

“I made an online appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Got in right away. Tech was friendly, blood test went smoothly and was out in no time. The area was clean. Waiting area was small, close to pharmacy check out and only 2 chairs available for seating, to close for comfort. I recommend.”
“I really love coming here whenever I have to get blood drawn, this place is the fastest, longer operating hours and the girls Are pretty good at finding your vein without causing a bruise. Located next to the plaza with Panera Bread right off of route 3 and 91”

“Upon checking in to my scheduled time I was almost immediately called in. The facility is extremely clean and the entire experience took less than 10 minutes. Completely pain free. As someone who is always extremely anxious when having blood drawn, this was by far the most comfortable and calm I have ever felt.”

“This is the second time I have been here to have blood drawn. The waiting room is pristine and set up in a way where, though small, people are not piled atop one another. The phlebotomist on duty both times I visited was an absolute gem! She's kind, gregarious, and efficient. She's the type of person you wish you could just adopt into your family immediately, even after the needle part (which she's great at!). My only complaint is the wait time, as she seems to always be the only person there. She does her absolute best to get people in and out while still maintaining an excellent standard of care, but the wait would be significantly less if there were two staff members working. Totally not her fault. Overall, I highly recommend this location, as both of my experiences have been wonderful!”

“Not sure why the reviews aren’t great…. I made an appt online the night before. I arrived on time, checked in, and within minutes was called into the lab room. The nurse had a smile and was politely conversational. My vein (usually difficult to find) was found quickly. My name was verified on each blood draw container, and I was on my way. A pleasant experience for someone with a needle in my arm! ?”

“I do NOT do well with getting my blood drawn. While I can mentally handle it, my body for some reason cannot. I tend to break out in a sweat instantly, become very shaky and pale, and in the past I have passed out. I haven't always had the best experiences with drawing blood. With that being said the staff here was FANTASTIC. I told them immediately that I don't do well and they made amazing accommodations for me. They had me reclined in a chair and provided me with multiple ice packs. The woman who drew my blood (SEVEN viles full) was chatting with me to keep me distracted. When she was done they let me lay there a bit to recover. I never felt judged or rushed and they handled me with care and grace. I'm so grateful.”

“I'm not sure why so many negative reviews because I get my blood drawn every few months and haven't had an issue with this place. As long as you make an appointment in advance they take you on time and everyone's been nice and fast. The only issue (not for me) is that there is no one in the waiting area window to help people who don't know how to use technology to check in. I've seen a lot of older people struggling to figure out the iPad and offered to help out.”
