“I took my 6yo Golden Retriever to Dirty Dog this afternoon for a self wash. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and resourceful. We had plenty of shampoo and conditioner to work with, along with tearless face shampoo, ear wash and toothpaste! The water was the perfect temperature and the hose easily moved all around my dog. The blow dryer was great and dried her quickly. I was easily able to add on a nail trim and the tech was very confident and proficient which put my Rosie at ease as she dislikes her paws touched and hates to have her nails trimmed! We finished the experience with a homemade banana and peanut butter cookie! I can’t wait until my Rosie is dirty again and needs another bath, as we will definitely be back on a regular basis. This place is a gem!”

“Really pleasant and helpful lady showed me the baked goods section and patiently explained the flavors of each goodie I pointed at.I got 3 peanut butter bone cookies and 3 cheese & bacon cannolli's that were just adorable! They also had pupcakes that looked to have frosting.Human grade ingredients too!I know the dawgs will be Very happy with the treats! Definitely will return!”

“We have a Vizsla who hates his nails being clipped, it’s a struggle and not even the Vet could do them. I brought him in to see if they could attempt to trim them and in less than 10 minutes they had all nails clipped!! I wish I had brought him in sooner! They’re amazing!!!!”

“I loved everything about Newington Pet Spa from start to finish! Making an appointment was quick and easy and they were able to work with my busy schedule. They had a consultation with me before cutting her hair and explained everything to me very well so I knew exactly what they were going to do. And the best part is, they did a fantastic job on her hair cut! I had taken her to other places in the past which didn't do a great job, but they did! They did a great job cutting her hair by her face and paws too, which isn't always easy for a wiggly dog. Her nails were cut well also! I definitely recommend them!”

“Woof gang is great, they’re always very kind & wonderful at what they do. I’ve been bringing my long haired dachshund Otis to Woof gang since he was a year & now he’s 2 and I’m still bringing him on a monthly basis. They’re very fair priced & do a great job. I’ve brought Otis for grooming as well as for nail trimmings. Otis is difficult for me when it comes to cutting his nails, they do it very well & fast. His nails are usually done with nail trimmings in about 5-10 minutes.Woof Gang Bakery makes my life easier & less stressful for me and my furry companion.”

“Had the product we were looking for even though it wasn’t on sale and we had no coupons.Stopped in the grooming area to find out about having our Newfoundland puppy groomed and was very impressed by the man who was there. He was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with bringing our boy there unlike PetSmart when we brought him there. He seemed to understand the way patience needed to groom a puppy who is 120 lbs. PetSmart couldn’t handle him at 50 lbs and acted like they had never seen a puppy this size. He’s a sweet boy just very big and acts like a puppy.”

The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The most important thing is to get on their email list and you will get specific coupons and general % off on anything you want to buy. “Went in to get a guinea pig for my 11 year old daughter. When we got to the isle were they were located we were greeted by Solenne. She was working on the hamsters but didn’t let that stop her from talking to us and answering all our questions. She was so nice and so knowledgeable giving us tips and taking her time to talk to us about how to properly care for it. She showed us everything we needed and even was so kind to tell us to download the app and take advantage of the price match. We saved lots of money doing so. It was an awesome experience especially for my daughter. Thank you Solenne for giving us that amazing experience.”

“We adopted our dog Sumo, in 2010 from here and Sumo lived a long healthy life of 13.5 years old. I read many reviews, and I cannot speak for everyone but our Sumo was amazing, smart, energetic, affectionate, and never got sick. He passed away from cancer this past June. Thank you for taking care of the dogs/puppies and providing a service for the community.”
“Wow! I am blown away at how great this PetSmart is in comparison to Manchester. I used to go to the Manchester store until our groomer transferred here. Manchester was a nice store, but it was always busy no matter what time of the day you go. It was a total nightmare trying to get in and out of that parking lot. But the East Hartford store was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to get in and out, there were barely any lines...it was great. Will definitely keep driving a little further to come to this one.”
