Staff are very knowledgeable and pretty friendly and professional. Will also say patient, took the time to answer all the questions we had. Even when we kept coming back with more after seeing the Dragonets 🤣 something we are gonna look into and feel confident with how helpful the staff are here.
I was gifted a drip line that they had made when I went in looking for one bc mine online was delayed, even was given some free Malaysian trumpet snails when I went in looking for them specifically.
I've only had a few losses, three snails I got passed shortly after I got them, but after calling and speaking with Elijah I was offered to come in tomorrow for replacement! But my spikey Nerite, amano and Pinnochio shrimp I got through them are thriving 🩵
So overall think they have amazing customer service, amazing tanks and livestock and amazing staff!! Will continue to do my business here, especially when getting ready for the Dragonets”

“I went in twice to buy birds a week apart. Everyone was helpful and nice. We got our first bird and it got lonely so we went and got another one. Very pleasant experience both times. The reason I took one star away is because I think they tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to the gender of the birds. After doing my research, I understand it can be difficult to gender parakeets. But they both times told me I was buying female birds. I believe now that I have a male and a female and I am seriously hoping I dont end up with baby birds!”

“Just wanted to say thank you so much to our groomer Jazmyne. She was wonderful with our (over 100 pounds) dog Kubota. He had a lot of long matted hair that she was able to smooth out for him. He's 11 years old so we were worried about how he would deal with this. Jazmyne took her time with him and made him look like the handsome senior dog he is. This girl is a great asset to your store. “We had a great experience purchasing our two baby guinea pigs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable.
There was an older guinea pig that had been surrendered, and we would have loved to give her a good home. However, we were disappointed to see that she was priced the same as the younger guinea pigs. In my opinion, surrendered animals should have a reduced adoption fee to encourage people to give them a second chance. It just didn’t feel like the most ethical approach.
Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and we love our new guinea pigs. I just hope the store considers adjusting its pricing for surrendered animals to help them find loving homes more quickly.”
