Excellent service at TD Bank in East Hartford! The new management is doing a fantastic job. A special thank you to Jenna — she is a wonderful lady, very professional, kind, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this branch

The branch seems to fluctuate going up and down on customer service. When short staff wait time is forever, during COVID there were days they weren't even open. When they have enough staff transactions run smoothly. I'm more likely to go to the main branch in Glastonbury. This branch is a C+
