“Horace was extremely friendly and a massive help in setting up my checking account. They are also one of the only bank chains left that are willing to cash out old paper savings bonds from 2 decades ago. There were no ridiculous requirements or hurdles involving paper bonds that other banks enforce, such as length of owning an account, or refusal of handling them. Eliminated the need for mailing to Treasury and waiting months to receive it back, when I needed the cash ASAP to pay an urgent bill. Overall very happy to do business with them”

I used to go to the Stop n Shop branch in Manchester before it closed cuz Kelsey was such a great teller. Since them closing I've moved to East Hartford, so this branch is also closest to me. Anyways, I just wanted to say how great everyone is at that particular Branch.”
