“I went into T-Mobile the other day after my phone started to crap out on me. I had Verizon prior to this and was in desperate need of a phone and I needed one ASAP Especially since I rely on my phone for work. It was a bit of a situation and we had about every possible but Ken went above And beyond to make sure that I didn’t lose any of my data and I had the most affordable option for what I was eligible for. They even sent me off a little goodie bag and told me all about the awesome free perks I’m going to get now. His customer service was top-notch, He was straightforward about how everything worked, and I did not feel like I was Having products or deals shove down my throat, there’s nothing worse than that. Thank you again Ken for your help and expertise! It is much appreciated and I will definitely be back Look forward to continuing my relationship with T-Mobile.”
“Most reviews are old/inaccurate or were experiences that the owner was not aware of or did not get involved with. I had a great experience working with the owner, I arrived a little confused to see my car wasnt clean. I called it out to the owner who then personally redid the entire full detail and more than what I originally paid for without extra charge so make up for a employees mistake. Make no mistake this is a GREAT and respectable business who treat customers right. Sometimes employees take away from the owners name, however the owner treats everyone fair and right and timely. Will be a returning customer for a long time!!”
