“A lot of these stores are untidy and dark.This place was clean, orderly, and full of great customer service--and this was on Black Friday, which can sometimes be overcrowded, but it wasn't.I live in a town that has an Ocean State Job Lot, and it is such a tight space and very busy; but, they also have great customer service, and that is important to me.Well worth my venturing out early on Black Friday.”

“Im an Amazon Delivery Driver from Massachussets delivering down here in Connecticut sinc ethe warehouse down here is failing to keep up with demand i came here yesterday i was Surprised because it didnt seem like a Dollar Tree seemed more like a mini Mart has everything not just a set selection and i guess they dont have cashiers either its all self checkout which i could see it saves a bunch in money? but they got alot of cameras to make up for no employees def a good financial decision but i am coming back for sure even thought its not really a Dollar General no more ? everything is above $2 at most but it is conneticut n a heavly populated area From one business owner to another props to you bro def going to be doing this for sure”

Lol of course the area is what it is but they have updated the inside of the store + and increased their frozen food selections and they have an excellent app which alerts you when deals are available. “I shop Dollar Tree on a regular basis because of its convenience and amazing inventory. I always find unexpected treasures. Some name brand and some things that you need without going to a big store. Although it's busy most of the time the cashiers are always kind , helpful and patient . I recently tried the Millie's Sipping Broth Delight Pho. It comes with 3 packets. It has the resemblance of a teabag. It has the amazing flavors of Pho without the noodles.. You do have the option of adding noodles if you like. Anything that I like I share with my coworkers. They loved it too! One of my coworkers found it on Amazon and ordered a box for herself. I got mine at more of a bargain without having to Oder on line and pay shipping cost. I highly recommend trying this sipping broth . You will love the flavor and sip it like tea!”
“The people were helpful, and nice! They actually had Halloween candy! I went to other stores and they were gone! I did, unfortunately, hear the manager say something rude to the cashiers... they should be able to talk and do their work respectfully and professionally. This is not a dictatorship.”
“Less busy than Manchester but either have cashiers or don't. Most people don't need - nor do they want - someone telling them which register they're allowed to use when all are open and they're paying with a card. They also don't want to be asked to purchase a bag when they're literally carrying the one or two items they're buying.PS: I *prefer* self checkout but one of the appeals is not having to talk to employees unless there's a problem.”
“I can't say I've been to many dollar generals. I know this one and the entire building is new. I wouldn't consider anything a bargain and certainly not a "dollar"; but it does have a little of everything which makes it very convenient especially out here in Bolton/Coventry. Staff seemed friendly and the store has been well kept so far.”
