“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to James and Tom! I have personally witnessed true customer service from the both of them with other customers and myself!
James went above and beyond honoring a sale that didn’t start till the next day but because the signs were out he went ahead and honored the sale price which was really appreciated and just totally cool!
With Tom I witnessed a customer upset that there was a price discrepancy over an item that was a couple bucks and to provide a great experience and customer service Tom out of his own pocket bought the item for the customer!
It was truly amazing to see how caring and customer oriented these two were and how refreshing it truly was!
I just think the both of them deserve the respect of being recognized in a job where thanks isn’t always given!
Thank you both James and Tom for being friendly and just awesome dudes! I really like going to this Dollar General for the atmosphere of good people, great service and just a friendly environment!

“I recently started coming to this dollar tree after having an unpleasant experience with an employee at the Enfield, CT locations. The employees here are always nice and helpful. The store is on the smaller side and usually when I go there are a lot of boxes that haven't been unpacked, but I can usually still find what I am looking for.”

“I actually came here for the 1st time today. And I am floored by the amazing customer service.. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Upon checkout I was asked if I found everything ok and if I needed a bag (all asked with a smile on the young ladies face) the same individual that greeted me was the same young lady that helped me with checkout her name was Jen... She is exactly the type of employee that more places need. She did her job above and beyond all with a friendly smile. Kudos to Dollar general for finding such an amazing young lady to interact with their customers. I will definitely shop here again based on this one experience alone. “This place is alright. I come here almost everyday and experience some problems. The biggest problem I've had is that the store is very short staffed and the lines take up 10-15 minutes when there is only 1 person in the checkout.
Another problem I have is some things are messy and all over the place.
The good things are they have everything you need when stopping around, the place is quiet with no customers being lousy, they restock everything frequently, And the some of the employees are pretty chill”
“All I have to say about this particular Dollar General is that it is by far the nicest one that I’ve been to. I was in the area so I decided to stop in for a few things. It was clean, organized, nothing on the floors, no boxes everywhere and you could actually walk around without thinking you may either trip on boxes or have something fall on you. I go to a lot of General Dollars, I have one 5 minutes away from me and another 10 minutes away. I will no longer be going to these stores, only this one. The store manager, Kristen is an absolute delight! Asked how I was doing, talked to me the entire time I was in checkout and wished me a Merry Christmas! This store manager deserves a raise and an award for having the cleanest and neatest store! Outstanding job on her part! I’ll be back!”

“HANDS! here! I HANDS! went to this store to SHOP and I bought a lot of things because the staff member who works there helped me find them. When I got to the cashiering station the cashier was very pleasant and helped me use the Dollar General Application on my cellular cell phone to make my purchase and I saved $14.50 so I went back and bought more things to make the FRENCHTOAST. I live in the Beacon Falls city of the CT Connecticut state, so to come to the Bloomfield city is a long drive, but I will be coming BACK to this store to shop at this location again and to buy more products. Lol of course the area is what it is but they have updated the inside of the store + and increased their frozen food selections and they have an excellent app which alerts you when deals are available. And they have late hours. All of these pluses benefit the customers so i like this store. use your app you will discover hidden gemz ?”
