“I really had a great experience with Cusson! I am a small business owner with several specialized Mercedes vans that run into problems frequently unfortunately. This was the first time we’ve used them and I really appreciated that the technicians listened to my concerns, took detailed notes, got me in quickly, and fixed my problem fast without charging an arm and a leg. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me the broken part they replaced and the whole team (even the owner) came around to talk to me about my business needs and what they could do to help! Everyone seems down-to-earth and personable, plus they genuinely take the time to listen. I am actually excited to deal with some of our van maintenance problems, now that I have these guys as a resource. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. “On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

Although the exact problem was not able to be determined, I very much appreciated the advice and options given as to recommendations for who would be better at solving the electrical issue with my car. I usually go to brand name companies but this auto shop has twice now provided exceptional service and quite frankly just seem to be all around nice people. I plan on sending my car off to auto heaven and getting a new one and ex per tech will be my go to auto shop. I highly recommend them.”

First time anyone ever quoted a price and it wasn’t more than they said it would be. And it didn’t take longer than they said it would take. Would definitely do business with them again.”
