“During my recent visit to the Vernon location, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by an exceptional individual named Joel. His genuine smile and attentive service left a lasting impression on me. Valvoline should prioritize hiring more individuals like Joel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.”

“I had an excellent experience at this location. The whole crew were friendly and attentive to any needs or request while I was present. Marcos, Kavon and Philip were all very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They not only took care of what I requested at a fair price but gave good recommendations on further preventative work to ensure the longevity of my vehicle while explaining the process and functionality of each suggestion which was appreciated. I would definitely return and recommend this location to anyone seeking vehicle maintenance 👍”
