“Steve at Extra Space's Suffield, CT office so very accommodating when I needed to check in and gain my first access to my storage unit. He stayed a few minutes late on a Saturday to wait for me. He also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about Extra Storage's policy and how to access my unit, including using the app for digital entry and payment.”

“With 2 young adult kids moving into/out of college dorms/housing and apartments over the past 5 years or so, I've had my share of truck rentals. I've made it a habit of choosing this Penske Truck Rental location in Vernon.
Last week it was a move out of a small place in NYC. I was able to rent a cargo van that made it easier to navigate the tight confines of Brooklyn. The pick up and drop off was very fast and easy. As always the truck was very clean and ran well. I'll be back again!”

“I had a wonderful experience over the weekend with Budget Truck Rental in East Hartford. The staff (Stephanie, I think?) was pleasant and efficient, and we joked around a bit while wrapping up the paperwork. The van I rented was low mileage, clean, and appeared to be well maintained. The best part was that it was not only less expensive than the competition, but they had a large stock of vehicles available when many others only had a couple and were sold out already.
I will most certainly be back for my truck and moving needs for my business in the future. Thank you!”
“Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we rented a trailer for the day. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way. The facility was also easy to get to, big lot and return was easy, and they had packing/moving supplies. Recommend to anyone needing a rental.”

“Rented a Ford Transit 250 van for work while mine has transmission repaired. The rental was clean and we'll maintained. Staff was very helpful and completed the transaction quickly. I would highly recommend them.”
