“i would give Melissa and Curtis (Deming St. store in Manchester CT) more stars if that was an option. The help ea gave to me was understandable and easy to grasp. it wasn’t easy for me to go from a 3rd gen iphone to an iphone 12, it actually was quite confusing. But w/great patience and knowledge (way more than the Apple store itself) i actually understand it!

“Traveled 45 minutes to get to store. I was told that due to a tiny Crack, my device was no longer under warranty. Came back with a replacement device and they were so pleasant that they was able to transfer all data from old device to new as well as recover the email address that was on the device. The two service techs that I worked with were extremely pleasant and very helpful.”

“I came into the store today because my husband’s phone’s Sim card stopped working and would not connect to the cellular network. Seth and Mindy helped me to get everything fixed up and it only took about 20 minutes. They were both very polite and helpful. And experience great customer service!”
