“We have used imperial at least 3 times and I am always impressed by their professionalism and quality of their work. They are responsive and keep us updated throughout the job. They were very helpful recently when we had a leak in our basement. Another plumber wanted to rip down a wall to replace a whole section of pipe. Imperial was able to do it without any cosmetic damage and for a fraction of the cost. Very satisfied.Services: Plumbing leak detection”
“I just want to give a shout out to these folks. Christmas day, my gas ran out due to a defective float in the tank. I called and got the answering service. Frankly I did not have much hope for getting this fixed on a holiday. To my delight Mark was at my house within a couple of hours and got me up and running in no time. He did a thorough leak check and was able to give me enough gas for a couple of days. The next day Mark showed up with a brand new tank. I am very impressed with the level of service from this company and would highly recommend them.”

“The guy who came and brought oil on a same day order was a God send. We had a very rough experience with a competitor earlier this morning and they made the delivery quick and easy. $.40 cheaper/gallon than we were charged by the other company as well. Most importantly, the delivery driver was very kind and polite so they’ve got our business.”

The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.

“I meant to do this a while ago The employees make the business what a business is and I’m speaking about the Ellington Cumberland Farms I know that there are a smaller store, but their service is so much better than all the bigger ones that I’ve been to. They’re always clean, professional and openhearted. Every time in the morning it’s a great time. They really brighten my day. They greet everyone that comes in the store is always clean. The manager is absolutely amazing. Her name is Julie, Steve, Phoenix, Andrew, Nina, Mike, Jedi, Ryder as you say, I wanted to take the time to write out all the employees that should be having a great shout out and acknowledgment It’s always a safe environment and they really take the time to make you feel unique and special which is hard to find these days, please don’t let this reveal go to waste. Please pass the good news to the employees because they deserve it now these days people only wanna write bad reviews and people get disciplined for that so this is reverse and this is a great review. Please let them know thank you and I’ll continue shopping at Cumberland Farms in Ellington.”
