The travel time to Tolland is worth it, compared to being charged an arm and leg and then pressured to over-vaccinate, etc, at other vets. She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. “Excellent practice from the front staff to the doctor. Our cat was treated with love and professionalism. After a horrible experience at another vet, we were concerned of establishing with a new practice. The assistant was caring and loving. “Dr Bell has been my dog's vet since she was a few months old, and she turns 12 years old next month. He has always approached her care with compassion and a no nonsense attitude that I am so grateful for. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable. My dog adores him - how many other dogs love seeing the vet?- and I can tell he truly cares about her in return. She now has heart problems and he helped us find a local cardiologist for her and educated us about aspects of her issues. I need to call his office today about an issue that has come up and it helps my anxiety to know that whatever happens my dog will be in great hands with him. I now have a puppy and 2 cats in addition to my senior dog and I trust Dr Bell with all of their care. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful vet.”

“I took my dog in for an emergency. We received excellent service from the moment we arrived; everyone was very kind and available to answer all our questions. My dog was admitted to the hospital. The next morning, they called to update me on his condition and the medical procedures. The doctor spoke with me and explained my dog's condition. When we returned to the hospital, the staff were very kind and empathetic, allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye to our dog. After seeing everything involved in the procedures, I was truly amazed by the cost—the price was very reasonable. Excellent service.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionists, techs, and veterinarians at Ellington Center Clinic. I was unfortunately blessed with a chronically ill dog who required frequent visits, and every single person there went above and beyond to accommodate her and make her feel loved and cared for.
They treated her like family, and they loved her just as much as I did. The compassion, kindness, and care they provide to every animal is truly unmatched. I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for my girl and for the love they showed her throughout her life. ❤”
