Keep an eye on your checking balance. They're quick to hit you with overdraft fees which can really add up quickly.”
“I have been a member since 1991 and have never had an issue with any employee of ECFCU. In particular, both Linda and Barbara will greet and treat you like family. Their ability to remember names that they may only see a few times a year is impressive. And though they are not a big establishment they also don't have all the fees either. Home town courtesy keeps me here.”
“My wife and I just opened an account not too long ago at this branch and since the moment we walked in, we have experienced nothing but awesome customer service. Everyone is super friendly and it's just a very nice thing to know if you are having any sort of problem with your account, they are quick to help and fix it the best way possible. I just had a small issue today as far as an overdraft issue with our account, I went in right away and it was fixed right away. Each person we had met to fix the problem. Amazing customer service and I'm very big on that. The manager was great as well she followed up with us right there in person to make sure everything was taken care of after Selia had fixed everything. I wish I knew everyone's names but just know anyone you go to at this branch will take good care of you.”

“I haven't been inside of a bank in years but upon entering the bank I was greeted RIGHT AWAY. The staff was extremely friendly and offered me some water. I have gone in a few times after that and experience the same gesture. I went to another bank to open an account and no one greeted me, which was a turn off. I waited for sometime before I was rerouted to a different section of the bank. American..... you can fill in the blank. I did mention it to the teller in which she mentioned she will bring it to the managers attention. I guess I got spoiled by Chase?”

“This 5 star is more directed to Laquea at the front desk. I went in with the mindset to close my account due to fraud and the long process of 7-10 business days to get a new debit card. I have called and conveyed my issues and asked what is the fastest solution to getting a new card. Others said 7-10 business days were the fastest. I went in to withdraw and close my account and Laquea was very helpful and said she could get one expedited in 1-2 days. Her genuine concern to helpful made my reconsider staying with webster. She has excellent customer service skills and I also hope her pay reflects that aswell.”
