“People are very friendly and polite! Only one thing I didn't like that i had to spend around 10 minutes to cash the check. The needed to save all of my information and copy my dl, after that call the check issuer to verify. Anyway took a bit long, but they said its a first time like that. Next time they would have all of my information and it would go quicker.

“In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branch).
