“I’ve been a member of PNCU for years, and they’ve consistently been great. I stopped in today after they flagged a suspicious transaction on my card and needed to get a replacement. Not only did they proactively catch the unverified charge, but Donna at the East Longmeadow branch was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Banks aren’t always the most enjoyable places to visit, so I really appreciated her support and excellent service this morning.”

They always greeted my mom and late father by name and were consistently kind, patient, and welcoming. It meant more than I can express and really made us feel valued.
When we needed help handling my father’s accounts after his passing, the staff was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made a very difficult time much easier for us.
You don’t come across this level of genuine care very often — we’re very grateful for the service we received.”

“People are very friendly and polite! Only one thing I didn't like that i had to spend around 10 minutes to cash the check. The needed to save all of my information and copy my dl, after that call the check issuer to verify. Anyway took a bit long, but they said its a first time like that. Next time they would have all of my information and it would go quicker.
Again, lady who served me was very kind, polite and patient.”

“Jenny, Maggie, and the other gentleman here at the East Longmeadow branch were extremely helpful in opening my business account. I have had Peoples Bank for 10+ years and have never has an issue until just recently trying to open my business account. I was getting extremely frustrated with the other branches lack of effort and complacency. I came to the East Longmeadow branch and they resolved the issue and were able to open the account. Most importantly they actually cared enough to try and help me, rather than saying “sorry can’t help you” and sending me on my way. I just want say thank you so much to all of you, and I would recommend this branch 10/10.”

“In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branch). Thanks!”
