“We entered the store on a Saturday afternoon 45 minutes before closing. We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time in this store and our first time investing in real furniture.
Lisa met us at the door as we walked in and asked us if we needed help with anything. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, just that we wanted a sectional of some sort.
Lisa had a few questions on what we were looking for and our living room lay out. Turns out we really had no idea what we were looking for and Lisa took us by the hand and patiently walked us through the options. Lisa took our layout, color of our walls, our Persian hand me down and color preferences!
We had decided to change to a sofa love seat combo that we got really excited for. Lisa worked with us until 530 again with patience and enthusiasm. We are so excited for our new furniture and Lisa walked us through one our least favorite things to do.”
