“A quiet little gasoline outpost on South Road. Although at first it seems out-of-the-way, South Road here runs parallel to State Route 190 "behind" the major commercial development and is actually very convenient to reach because traffic on South is so much lighter than on 190. Gas prices are generally a bit lower than the average in town. Their coffee is also pretty decent. Worth a stop.”

“Tip for drivers in CT. If the gas station has an air compressor then (per CT General Statutes) they have to just turn it on for free if you ask them to.
You don't have to pay for air in CT.
The folks at this Valero are very nice about it. (Some places get grumpy but these guys are cool) Also, great selection of treats and drinks in the Moose Mart™️.”

“It's fabulous because I'm from Springfield and it's right over the border into CT. I can get menthols and be like 7 minutes from home! Also there is a woman that works nights there she's super super sweet! And then there's a younger guy that works days and nights, who makes me feel better every time I come in! Even though he doesn't realize I've had a bad day!”
