“I never did returns, I never knew how! The UPS store was so helpful with everything (took pity on me)! Now sending or returning (and pick-up) it is my Go To place and I'm a pro.”

“I come here all the time and never have any issues. I'm usually making amazon returns or shipping to the other side of the state or RI &... no problems over the last several years. I'm intrigued by the reviews tbh. Outside of the occasional long line, it's usually a fairly painless process for a shipping store.”
“This is a nice little convenient post office and the woman postal worker who is usually the only one there is a very nice considerate and helpful, I try to go there instead of the main post office on main Street because I don't have to wait forever to get waited on even though she is one person she's very efficient and very likable”
“We just had the absolute best passport renewal experience for our daughter today. Tara was amazing! She transformed this very dreadful appointment into an extremely pleasant and fun interaction. We will never go anywhere else for passports.”
“I have always had excellent service at this post office. A couple days ago, I mailed a padded envelope at the Ellington post office. A half hour after I left I realized I had transposed two numbers on the address. I called the post office and Michelle went and dug out my envelope from the bin and corrected it for me. Thank you so much! Very much appreciated!”
“Went to Staples to buy some plastic file boxes and couldn't find what I had seen on line. Thanks to two helpful employees Andrea and Jeremy they found several.. Wish more stores had such helpful employees!”
“So grateful you have an amazing employee named Samantha ❤️ what a pleasure to be treated with kindness and her to help with joy. She is a total asset to your company thanks for hiring her and thanks to her I do appreciate all her help today!! She is fantastic ? ? thanks again for making my shipping way less stressful!!! Grateful for you and your time? grace and peace”
“This was about a month ago at this point. I had just dropped off some packages for Amazon return the process was super smooth and went off no issue at all. Never done it before and the gentleman inside with the big beard and tattoos Steven I think his name was helped me through it no issue.
The real reason I am giving this 5 stars is when I went out to my car there was a raccoon eatting someones left overs they spilt on the parking lot. I freaked out and started to yell and then that same guy who helped me RAN outside and shouted at it until it backed off away from my car.
I was a bit awe struck as this stranger made sure I was safe. I have not been back as I am a bit embarrassed but he should for sure get some sort of merrit.
Hope this helps,
A thankful UPS customer”

“Tamika was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. I misplaced my tape and she let me use hers. She explained my shipping options and cost. The place is neat, clean, and well stocked.”
“older black woman with short hair cut there almost everyday and the younger black ladies are allwayss the best !! The work with people who don't exactly know what they're doing and are always so polite !! favorite post office”
“I have utilized this location daily for 27 years! Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.”

“This facility is always clean, as well as and nice and quiet. This is my favorite post office to use.
They never have as much on display, for sale, as the main post office in Springfield. I never buy anything anyway, I only mention it because it looks strange. ?”
“I recently visited FedEx Office and had a great experience thanks to Santino. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve visited this location before and honestly didn’t receive the same level of customer service from other employees, but Santino truly stood out. He went above and beyond to help me and made everything smooth and easy. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Santino!”
“Love this post office! Staff is always courteous, patient, and friendly. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, especially around holidays and lunch times, but it gives you time to chat to other people waiting in line with you. I’ve been to other post offices in the Springfield area and always come back here.”

“4 stars because it isn't the working-man USPS in the trenches that makes the system laughable, but the overpaid honchos in charge.
Overpaid, I said what I said. Doesn't take much to oversee operations are a disaster from the top down, especially at this location.
Hopefully retirement comes sooner rather than later for some folks there, and a new generation of faces that care will take the helm, ones that at least sort of care.
Finally, I have an entire family of postal workers, don't tell me I don't know how you people operate. ?”

“It's the federal post office in a very small town, but don't worry you'll get the same treatment as a big city... interpret that review anyway you like 👍”
