Car Rental in Fairfield, CT

“Kind and helpful staff who were willing to support me when I needed a rental paid through insurance after an accident. In person, all fees that I would have to pick up were clear (deposit, gas fill, full cover insurance through Enterprise). However, I was a bit frustrated by not being told/receiving any confirmation message about rental extensions and having charges to my account added due to the above fees suddenly be charged again due to the extension.
Also, did not receive any message that my rental would be ended early/confirmation that they picked up the rental from the mechanic since my personal vehicle was ready early.
Otherwise, whenever I call for clarifications on all of these, staff are very helpful and kind. I just wish there was more timely clarity on when fees will be charged again (on top of the initial charges).”

“Wife’s car died and I needed a big car fast. They got me into a Chevy Tahoe with almost no notice even though I requested a smaller car but they saw my wife and kids and just took care of them. Sure I’m Hertz Platinum but I was on a business trip away and they didn’t have to take care of her but they did. We kept the car for 6 weeks without any drama. Life saving experience at good rate.”

“Associate behind the counter was dealing with a crazy lady trying to block the rear door where they prep the vehicles. I did not get the associates name, but she is a saint! Dealing with that crazy lady is more than im sure she gets paid for and definetly deserves a promotion or raise! Side note to owner of building i would recommend bigger no parking signs. The associate was very professional to me. I felt so bad because the car i was renting was in the garage, thus it being critical that the crazy lady move her car. If it were me i would have ran her a** over lol!
5 star! I rented my car on 2/20 around 5pm if you want to look who was working that day. The car smelled fresh and clean. Chevy cruze was more than i expected as well. Alot lf features for a small car! Thanks again!”
