“I’m leaving a review now as I am extremely satisfied with Michael’s outstanding customer service. We’re booked for Mother’s Day next weekend and long story short I had such a difficult time making my account on Turo and other shenanigans that made it challenging to create and validate the account. Michael responded to me in minutes to answer my questions. He was super patient. I would def recommend this company to family and friends!I will update my review next week with my experience!!”

“I had an excellent experience at the Westport/Norwalk Enterprise location. Kevin and Will provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to accommodate me when I needed a car last minute for an unexpected trip. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I will definitely continue renting from this location! Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience with Kevin and Chris at the Main Street location after another Enterprise location would not honor my reservation… Will rent from these great gentlemen every time I need a rental car!”

“Needed a car last minute as my car is in repair and wasn't sure I would be given a rental in time. I realized rates were higher searching online. Over $100 per day for a mid sized car!!! I spent most of my morning checking nearby locations that claimed they were sold out on their website. I took a chance and visited the Norwalk location in person and was able to rent a Nissan Versa for the weekend as I have a trip planned months ago to New Hampshire. David was very accommodating and I was in and out after about 20 minutes.”
