“Kind and helpful staff who were willing to support me when I needed a rental paid through insurance after an accident. In person, all fees that I would have to pick up were clear (deposit, gas fill, full cover insurance through Enterprise). However, I was a bit frustrated by not being told/receiving any confirmation message about rental extensions and having charges to my account added due to the above fees suddenly be charged again due to the extension.
Also, did not receive any message that my rental would be ended early/confirmation that they picked up the rental from the mechanic since my personal vehicle was ready early.
Otherwise, whenever I call for clarifications on all of these, staff are very helpful and kind. I just wish there was more timely clarity on when fees will be charged again (on top of the initial charges).”

We’re booked for Mother’s Day next weekend and long story short I had such a difficult time making my account on Turo and other shenanigans that made it challenging to create and validate the account. “Enterprise consistently has a problem delivering the car I reserve online and always has a problem with my reservations. I am told that if cars are reserved online, they do not hold those cars at the local pickup location which makes no sense.”

“Needed a car last minute as my car is in repair and wasn't sure I would be given a rental in time. I realized rates were higher searching online. Over $100 per day for a mid sized car!!! I spent most of my morning checking nearby locations that claimed they were sold out on their website. I took a chance and visited the Norwalk location in person and was able to rent a Nissan Versa for the weekend as I have a trip planned months ago to New Hampshire. David was very accommodating and I was in and out after about 20 minutes.”

“Associate behind the counter was dealing with a crazy lady trying to block the rear door where they prep the vehicles. I did not get the associates name, but she is a saint! Dealing with that crazy lady is more than im sure she gets paid for and definetly deserves a promotion or raise! Side note to owner of building i would recommend bigger no parking signs. The associate was very professional to me. I felt so bad because the car i was renting was in the garage, thus it being critical that the crazy lady move her car. If it were me i would have ran her a** over lol!
5 star! I rented my car on 2/20 around 5pm if you want to look who was working that day. The car smelled fresh and clean. Chevy cruze was more than i expected as well. Alot lf features for a small car! Thanks again!”
