“I have always and truly had numerous experiences of the utmost customer care at T-Mobile on Black Rock Tpk in Fairfield. I have never been pressured to buy anything I didn't need or wanted. Getting a new phone is a costly purchase as well as time consuming but all the Mobile Experts took their time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I asked regardless if it was trivial.
This past month, Kori Humphrey took close to an hour switching my fiance to my account with his phone number from a competitor's contact. Also, my fiance is legally blind and Kori took time to set up his phone so he could read texts, see the phone's screen, and helped set up accounts on his phone so he could hear texts. She did not back down from the former mobile phone company when they were giving her the run a round about him keeping his phone number. They were not going to let him close the account and release his number to T-MOBILE. All the personnel at T-Mobile on Black Rock Tpk are kind, hospitable, and personnel.
