“I stopped by to play around with a Samsung because I was considering getting one (primarily iphone user) and I met who I believe is the manager named Michael. He was the only one there with multiple people waiting and he still welcomed me in & made me feel like I wasn't even shopping but as a guest. I appreciate his energy & candor. He did answer all my questions and showed me the features I wasn't able to do on my iPhone and gave me an amazing offer where adding a line as a business phone would've gave me the phone significantly off without increasing my bill drastically. He clearly explained multiple options and after seeing why he suggested altering the plan in the direction, how it was beneficial long-term. Excellent communication skills & transparency. My only regret is waiting so long to write this review - I did promise him I would write one! Truly a 5 star service and it was a pleasure working with him, I will definitely be coming back here making this my preferred location even though I'm over an hour out over multiple verizons nearby. Though this is an indirect location, I believe experience differs by who you work with whether corporate or not and I have to say when coming to this location ask for Michael. This was the best experience I've had in-store and I've had verizon for over 15 years.”

“We couldn't figure out how to update my daugther's iPhone. She and I went into the store at 630 on a Saturday. Jack helped us, but it took nearly an hour to get things sorted. The store closed at 7pm but he stayed to get things fixed for her. He went way above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you, Jack!”

“Thank you Donald for all your help! I contacted Verizon customer service multiple times to assist me with previous bills. I needed a detailed bill for pay off purposes, and no one was able to help me. However, all the representatives told me they no longer have access to my Account and are unable to assist me. I went to the Trumbull location at White Plains Road and was told to try this location as they are a corporate location and may be able to assist me. Upon coming to this location, Donald quickly assisted me and solved my problem. I was struggling with this billing issue for a month and it took him less than 5 minutes to provide me a detailed bill. Thank you!!”
“Brought my wife here to get one of those new fangled iPhones. There has been so many I don't know what version it was. Regardless, the employees helped her get the phone she needed. Seemed pretty seamless and easy. Was a pretty painless experience. I am not an iPhone person but was impressed with how easy upgrading my wife's phone was. The employee who helped us even put on the screen protector and case for her. Good stuff. Five out of five stars.”

Christopher was so very helpful at pointing out the low prices of the sale items and where they could be found. I located a couple of nice novelty items in which I was very pleased with. “I went into Verizon over the weekend to bundle my mobile account under our family account. I ended up walking out with a better plan, discounts on an upgraded iphone from 12 to 17 and an easy transfer of data that I usually dread bc the person usually handling doesnt think of all the ways to import data properly. I was terrified of losing photos, emails. My life! Christopher was great. He guided me though the whole process so easily and so efficiently. Incredible experience. Better than an apple store experience!!!!”
