“Manager was really nice helping me get the measurements for my sons suit but I wish I didn't have to go back and forth between stores just to get it done. Both stores had the measuring tape but it felt like a hassle to just get measurements until the manager was called and it was done properly”

I tried on so many pairs of jeans but her and another store associate, Adrian I think her name was..? were both super helpful, kind and patient with me! “I rarely shop at footlocker, today I went with my two teenager daughters and everyone there was so amazing! One of my kids wanted a pair of new balances, Jomar came over and asked if we had any questions, my daughter asked if they had her size and he asked what that was-said she was better off getting the same shoe in the kids size and save $40. He figured out her size, found the shoe and saved me money. The girl at the register was unbelievably sweet too. The whole interaction was great. It was so great that I’m writing a review for footlocker. Mainly Jomar-he was awesome: And I saved $80 between 2 pairs of shoes today. I’ll be back!”

When explaining that I would check out Macy’s to price compare, he graciously held onto the bag for me until I made the decision. I wound up coming back and purchasing from the store because it was a better deal. He also helped my little sister pick a bag!! He is very attentive and nice and knows what he is talking about. “Everyone always greets me when I walk in, thy are very helpful, and accommodating when looking for an item that's not on the floor. They will check the back for you. They really want to hit their sale goal. Love shopping here when it's 30% off around Nov and Dec.”
“I was at this store not long ango and was helped by a really nice employee called Caesar. Very easy name to remember because I personally love caesar salad. I was looking for some fire cargos to fit me for my vacation, and Caesar hooked me up for sure. He told me his style, asked what I liked and what I would pair them with, I told him and he picked out a few pairs for me. I ended up getting them all!! Very great salesman. He also informed me about the rewards system. So cool. There was a shortage of bags unfortunately so I had to go to Hottopic and get a bag to carry all my pants, but that was beyond Caesars control. Overall the store is very clean and I will definitely be coming back soon!”
