“Lots to coordinate as we had 10+ tuxes for groomsmen all over the country. There were a few inconsistencies across the buttons and jacket styles early on. We called Jake and emphasized the importance of the remaining tuxes to be exactly correct upon pickup.
Jake took ownership of this and was prepared when we walked in already having double checked something.
Wyatt helped us address a stitch issue in minutes and we were on our way. This business isn’t easy and these two gentlemen stood out above my past experiences at different men’s warehouse locations.

“I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.

“I visited this store for the first time on 7.20.2026. I had never entered any J.Crew store before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. This store blew my expectations. Not only were the clothes pretty and of extremely good quality, but the store was extremely clean, including the dressing rooms. I also spoke to around 4 employees during that time ( I was in the store for about an hour), and everyone was absolutely lovely and willing to help and answer any questions. One employee that made my experience memorable was this young gentleman who happened to understand a little bit of Spanish because he took it in high school. He was able to understand what my Spanish-speaking family member asked without me having to translate. It's the little details like that that make one feel special and want to come back. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchases and can't wait to go back.”

“We had a WONDERFUL experience with Lilah at the West Hartford Location. We had to get my step-dad a last minute suit for my wedding on the Fourth of July and she made sure we got everything in time! She helped us pick something out that made him feel great and look amazing even though he had tricky sizing. Would definitely go back, her assistance was great!”
