“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met. I hope that anybody else shopping at this store gets to meet her!”

“I bought a Levi vest slash sweatshirt today on sale. 85 bucks including tax nice deal the lady forgot to take the plastic steal protecter gadget off. It kept going off every where nordstrom now I have to go back and get macys to use the tool n take it off dont get it an easy job n the lady couldnt even do that. Who trained her”

“My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!”

“The basics made better. I count on the Gap for staples like Jean's and shorts, they last forever and with all the sales they have the prices are reasonable. If they don't have your size in stock they will ship it to your house for free. The selection at the Westfarms Gap is better than some of the other locations around the area.”

“First of all, I write this review in this context: I've shopped at Jos A. Bank over the last 20-25 years on an infrequent basis but enough to say I'm a customer. I've also shopped at multiple locations in multiple cities as well.In addition, while I haven't read into the 1-Star reviews, in a thorough way, I'm surprised there are so many of them with this specific store. In fact, I get that people have bad days, but the managers of the store, Raegan & Maxwell, are extremely professional and attentive to the needs of the customer, so there's the rub for me and the other folks I've interacted with are most courteous.I am also quite a particular & demanding customer, for which this hasn't been an issue with this store, and for that, I write this review out of loyalty & gratitude.Raegan, a Manager, and Maxwell, her counterpart and also a Manager, in the multiple interactions I've had with them, were always on-point and intuitively understand what I need, especially given that I am always visit in a rush and with "my hair on fire." They always calmly listened to my needs and tried to assist with whatever my goal is for that occasion's store visit.On the last visit, I was in need of a "performance-style" dress pant because I was tired of trying to go the cheap route (through Costco or other vendors) to get something that could be dressed up or down. She knew exactly what I was looking for, suggested their Traveler Performance slack, which was true to form and exactly what I needed. The paints are durable, have a beautiful sheen to them, could be worn with a button down & with or without a jacket, have an expandable waist (not old people talk here; just saying bc my weight fluctuates with intermittent fasting).The end result was a store visit of less than 15 minutes, receiving exactly what I desired because they had a clothing solution to match, and to top it off, I also had enough left on my gift card to take home a nice tie.Thank you, Raegan & Maxwell. Thank you, Jos A. Bank, West Hartford. Keep up the great, attentive, hard work, and don't let the naysayers get you down. “I LOVE Saks OFF 5TH!! There are so many wonderful finds here at amazing discounts. The store is beautiful, well organized and very well merchandised. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the variety of merchandise is all top notch. They sell effee jewelry which I have previously purchased in the Caribbean at twice the price I have found the identical item for at Saks OFF 5TH. Needless to say, I do not buy my jewelry in the Caribbean anymore where you are "Supposed to get the best deals." I highly recommend Saks OFF 5TH to all of my friends for high end merchandise at a really discounted price. You will NOT be disappointed when shopping here!!”

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied...
