Robert walked me through all my financing / warranty options with patience and clarity, ensuring I felt completely comfortable with my choices. I really appreciated how he worked to find a deal that worked for me without any pressure.

And a big shoutout to Sandy Farrell, the Business Development Specialist, who answered my initial call. From our first conversation, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my visit. She was quick to respond and made contact with the team a piece of cake.

“I recently brought my car in for an oil change. Pretty simple and straight forward. They also checked and topped off the fluid levels. Everything was quick and easy, except that the mechanic did not hear that I wanted full synthetic oil. The oil that he used was the recommended oil for the car; but not the one that I told Warren, before the mechanic took the car. It was a simple break in the communication line. When we discovered that it wasn't what I asked for; Warren immediately had it drained and refilled with the correct oil. No big deal. It only took a few minutes more, because it was addressed immediately. The fact that Warren addressed it right away; to me, spoke Very Highly of his commitment to a 'customer's positive experience'; which I believe goes considerably beyond 'customer satisfaction'. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.”

“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. “I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. I drove it back to NY and I feel it drives better than before and it looks great, you can't even tell it was in an accident,
and it needed A LOT of work, hood, front bumper, lights, A/C, radiator, ABS etc. Thanks again all for getting my Blue Charger back on the road and as good as new, I really appreciate all you've done to make this bad situation as easy as possible. “Derek the newly appointed service manager is an amazing man. I had driven from NH to CT for a fun few days at the casinos. Well…. All of a sudden my 2025 MDX with 1700 miles starts shuddering and has all of the error messages on the dash. I had no idea what to do. I called Antonio Acura for some guidance. Derek literally stops whatever he was doing to take my phone call. He tells me that if I felt safe enough to drive the car to him. I get there and he yet again drops whatever he was doing and took my keys. He had very limited time (we were leaving to come back home) but he took my mdx for a ride and gave me his blessing to feel good enough to drive home. “Brian performed a pre-purchase inspection on a 987 Cayman S for me, an out-of-state buyer who hadn't seen the car in-person, so it was important to get an expert opinion. It was clear from the initial conversation that he is very knowledgeable, passionate, and really cares about his work and doing right by the customer. And then he started on the PPI and provided updates along the way and it became obvious the dude is extremely detail-oriented, the exact person you want if you care about your car. I had him stop the PPI because the car had some issues which killed the deal for me, and he understood and ended the inspection early at my request. Worth every penny. I also work in German car repair and was overall very happy with my experience.

“jose is an amazing body shop owner . he has worked on a few of my cars . just recently I got into an accident and it was towed to another body shop on the scene. well they were trying to get my title and saying that the car couldn't be fixed whatsoever at all, that it was totaled . anyways, Jose took in my car right away. my car was a disaster . and it was A LOT of work but he did it ,and he brought it back to new. he is going to give you the best price he absolutely can . jose is a great guy and so are the workers.
