“I've now had my wife's car repaired there twice. Both times it's been a great experience. They are pleasant to speak with, very knowledgable, and have great communication skills. I'm picky and I must tell you that their work is flawless; never an issue or complaint from me. They are super transparent with their quoting, and find ways to save money during the body work process without sacrificing quality. Even during the repair they would call to check in. I highly recommend this professional shop.”

“Awesome place. My engine light had just gone on after I had recently moved to the area, and brought it to Tim.
He ran the codes and told me the battery to my key fob was causing issues. I changed the battery and sure enough, my engine light went back off later that day.
He didn't even charge me! Will definitely be coming back here for any car maintenance I may need in the future. 5/5”
“They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”

“My experience with city tire was as follows:
I placed an oder of tires online over a holiday weekend and scheduled an appointment for the monday right after the weekend. I got a call Monday morning (8a) in which they attempted to leave a voicemail letting me know that they did not have these particular tires in stock. I never received the message because I had it set on AI answering. Anyways, I drive about 15 miles to this location and made aware of what they had attempted to do. I'm a little upset, but I decided to wait (short version of the story).
I waited for a lengthy period of time. I will say this about this experience, this was my first time here and at the end of the day, Mike did a great job, as I took notice that they were understaffed. He was multitasking and helping out with the front desk, going out in the rain, moving vehicles around, going to the back/garage. I did take notice of this and I appreciated it. I did empathize with him. The staff that was present also appeared to be busy at all times.
