The entire team deserves recognition for the amount of effort they put into helping customers and making sure everything is handled correctly. One of the biggest things that stands out is how knowledgeable the staff is. If something isn’t immediately available, they’re great about looking into it, getting it ordered, and keeping you informed. The customer service is also excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, patient, and easy to work with. You never feel like you’re bothering them by asking questions or needing them to double-check something. They genuinely seem to care about helping people and making sure customers leave satisfied. Even when they’re busy, they still take the time to give you the attention you need.
It’s also nice dealing with a parts department that understands how important accuracy is. Getting the wrong part can turn a simple repair into a huge headache, so having people who actually take the time to verify fitment and make sure everything is right before you leave is something I really appreciate.
Overall, Girard Nissan’s Parts Department is easily deserving of five stars. Great people, great service, excellent communication, and a knowledgeable team that goes above and beyond to help. If you need OEM Nissan parts or just need someone who can point you in the right direction, I would absolutely recommend going to Girard Nissan. They’ve earned my business and I’ll definitely continue coming back whenever I need anything.”
