“Highly recommended when in there nobody could do an exhaust for my 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML430 couldn't get anything aftermarket really they would just bolt up or weld so the owner would not give up with me and him thinking together we found something that would work he custom fabricated it in didn't charge a lot of money very reasonable and did high quality work and the owner even came out inspected the work of his employee highly recommend anybody looking for any kind of maintenance on a vehicle”

“I purchased a 2012 BMW 528I and only knowing a bit of history on the car, I made an appointment with Brian (the owner) and Brandon. Brandon took my car in earlier than my initial appointment and went top to bottom, front to rear, side to side including the entire interior during his inspection with a Q-Tip. His inspection was so thorough, Brandon took pictures and emailed them to me including a call to explain the areas that were in immediate need of repairs. Brandon did not rush through our conversation. He took his time and answered all of my questions. As a BMW owner, Brian's rates are great! Brian and his crew are TOP NOTCH. The shop is clean, staff are friendly and there wasn't a fingerprint on the paint or a drop of oil in the engine compartment. Inline Autoworks definitely cares. Absolutely the BEST place to have your BMW serviced!! I'm so impressed that I added my wife's XM40I to be serviced there. You should too!!”
“These guys are terrific. Just prior to their closing time I called regarding a runflat tire on my car that was seriously low. It was late Friday, just before closing time. I had never been to their shop before. They were extremely accommodating, told me to come on over, and I was patched and back in business in a matter of minutes. Uncommon service!”
“My experience with city tire was as follows:
I placed an oder of tires online over a holiday weekend and scheduled an appointment for the monday right after the weekend. I got a call Monday morning (8a) in which they attempted to leave a voicemail letting me know that they did not have these particular tires in stock. I never received the message because I had it set on AI answering. Anyways, I drive about 15 miles to this location and made aware of what they had attempted to do. I'm a little upset, but I decided to wait (short version of the story).
I waited for a lengthy period of time. I will say this about this experience, this was my first time here and at the end of the day, Mike did a great job, as I took notice that they were understaffed. He was multitasking and helping out with the front desk, going out in the rain, moving vehicles around, going to the back/garage. I did take notice of this and I appreciated it. I did empathize with him. The staff that was present also appeared to be busy at all times.

“My salesman, Colby was AMAZING! I went into the dealership with a unique situation/challenge. I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to make a deal/purchase. Colby brewed some yummy tea right at his desk for us, he was thinking so thoroughly on the issue and patiently sitting with me for what seems like forever!
